Originally from Callander Ontario Tim currently resides in Burlington. With a background in bluegrass music from McDonald Bluegrass, Bluegrass Connection, Blue Mule and the Hill Brothers, Tim brings a unique banjo style that adds a pecussive drive to the Barn Katz distinctive material.

 

He also contributes vocally with a bass voice that has been polished with years of bluegrass gospel music.

 

A writer as well, Tim contributes his ideas in the open forum that is The Barn Katz. One day he would like to own a monkey.
